Our customers sites are hosted on the Pair.com web Servers network, our American partner for this service.
After the first year of free web hosting, we offer our customers the opportunity to extend their web hosting with us for as little a 50 euros a year.
As one of our customers you will have access to your site at anytime. This will give you the option of changing your host if you wish to opt for another provider.
However we can guarantee that you will be satisfied with our hosting. To this date none of our customers have changed provider.
7. Online Marketing
To help you get listed on Google and other major search engines we market your site online, increasing your web traffic.
Completion Terms:
The web site will be completed within 30 days of the project start date.
A contracted project is considered completed when all the six above-mentioned steps are executed.
In the unlikely event that PRO IT services are unable to meet the project deadline, we will pay a 1% penalty each day the site is delayed.
Payment Conditions:
PRO IT Service let’s you pay for our service in the way most suitable for you, the customer.
The only requirement we ask is a 40% advance payment when we sign the contract and start the work.
The following payment options are available:
Plan A:
Two equal monthly payments of 30% each.
Plan B:
Two equal bi-yearly payments of 40% each.
Plan C:
Twelve equal monthly payments of 10% each.
Payment Example:
For the standard package mentioned above (300 GBP or 450 GBP), the following payment plans apply:
Plan A:
Two equal monthly payments of 30% each.
We ask for a 120 GBP advance payment, then 90 GBP at the end of the first month and another 90 GBP at the end of the second month. Your total payment is 300 GBP.
Plan B:
Two equal bi-yearly payments of 40% each.
We ask that you make a 120 GBP advance payment, then a 120 GBP at the end of the first six months and another 120 GBP at the end of the next six months. Your total payment is 360 GBP (you pay 20% extra comparing to plan A).
Plan C:
Twelve equal monthly payments of 10% each.
We ask that you pay an 120 GBP advance payment, then 30 GBP at the end of each month starting from the first and continuing until the final month. Your total payment is 480 GBP (you pay 60% c).
